Today I added some pictures to my gallery to motivate me to lose those last few pounds I need to work off. I’m 40 years old and the reality of middle-age is starting to grip me. I’ve set my diet up for the week and am going to hold to it. Today’s meals so far are:
breakfast
6 egg whites
1.5 cups hot rolled oats
0.5 cups grapefruit juice
Mid-Morning Snack
1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
.5 cups pineapple chunks (canned in pineapple juice, drained)
Lunch
8 oz chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
1 cup boiled zucchini and squash
Mid-Afternoon snack
3 tbsp Smucker’s All Natural Peanut Butter
The pics are here as well as in my EF gallery:

Science Fiction Stories. I am really stoked. I just signed up for this writing workshop, and it just so happens this husky-voiced female is the instructor. When i talked to her on the phone, however, she seemed slightly disinterested in my choice of subject matter. It is ok, I assume she is tired of her current job writing dime novels for Harlequin. In fact, she probably is working behind a desk at some nerd office building, without a clue what her duties are.
Maybe we actually will hit it off and score. Hopefully she is fertile.
May the farce be with you.

but sit on the beach. Tough life, but someone has to do it. I do have to hang a towel ring next to the Master vanity, but that should take all of ten minutes. I guess I could get out in the back yard and brush hog the tall bahia that has grown out back to waist high near an abandoned shed that i should also tear down. But it is near 75°F and sunny already, and I hear the white sands and fiddler crabs serenading me. Decisions, decisions…
